Pauline B. Campbell
Pauline B. Campbell, 85, of Camp Hill, passed away at 7:16 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 4, 2023, at her residence.
Born on Dec. 20, 1937, in Beale Twp., Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late James Dewey and Katherine B. (McClure) McWilliams. On Oct. 4, 1958, she married her late husband, Donald A. Campbell, with whom she was blessed to share almost 60 years of marriage before his passing on June 19, 2018.
Pauline is survived by two sons, Bryan D. Campbell and his wife Jennifer of Manchester and Matthew A. Campbell and his wife Danielle of Tacoma, Wash.; four grandchildren, Christina, Heather, Pamala, and Mars; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Beatrice “Bebe” Reed, Caryl Lee Groninger, J. Edmond “Ed” McWilliams, and Roberta “Shorty” Robinson.
In earlier life, she was employed by the State of Pennsylvania and later was employed as a Driver for Enterprise but the job she cherished the most was being a homemaker.
Her church membership includes the Shiremanstown United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed traveling, going to the beach, playing board games, putting together puzzles, and in earlier life, enjoyed cooking; however, she loved the time spent with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, from the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown. Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Nook.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral services at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
The family has asked that memorial contributions in Mrs. Campbell’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, Route 422 & Sipe Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033 or to the Shiremanstown United Methodist Church, 125 E. Main St., Shiremanstown, PA 17011.
