Carol L. Alexander

Born Jan. 19, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Armand Thomas and Ann Rita (DeVita) Christopher.

She is survived by her loving husband, Timothy R. Alexander, whom she married Aug. 4, 2020, two daughters, Rita Dobozynski of Pine Bush, N.Y. and Sara Katicich and husband, Matt, of Davis, Calif., two stepsons, Andrew Alexander and wife, Kayla, of China Grove, N.C. and Caleb Alexander and wife, Casey, of McVeytown, one brother Armand Christopher and companion, Joellen Redfield, of Stockton, N.J., one sister, Donna Burdge, of Readington, N.J., and seven grandchildren, Josie Katicich, Walker Katicich, Theodore Alexander, Alvin Alexander, Juliette Alexander, Lillian Alexander, and Airalynn Alexander.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by infant twin sisters, Rosanne and Maria Christopher and a brother-in-law, Harry Burdge.

Carol graduated from Hunterdon Central High School, Flemington, N.J. in 1980. She most recently worked as a caregiver for In Home Services and helped her husband in his business, RTC Auction services.

She was a Jehovah’s Witness who shared her faith and witnessed to others.

She loved animals, especially horses, going to the beach, kayaking, dancing, planting flowers, being on her farm and taking care of her family.

Her memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1125 US 522, Lewistown.

A celebration of life will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, on her farm at 2069 Industrial Park Road, Mifflintown. Family and friends are invited to gather beginning at 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help with her final expenses and sent to Guss Funeral Home Inc., 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, PA 17059, who is assisting with the cremation arrangements.
