Paul Robert Goss

Paul was born June 13, 1956 in Lewistown. He was the son of Jane Arlene (DeArment) Goss and the late Paul Wilson Goss. In addition to his mother, Paul is survived by siblings, Susan Hendricks of McVeytown and Rod Goss of Thompsontown.

Paul graduated from Lewistown High School in 1974 and Lock Haven University in 1978 with a B.S. degree in physical education. He was recognized for his athletic accomplishments in weight lifting (350lbs club) and played high school sports and college football. He coached youth in wrestling and football under Alex Ufema. His senior year, he was nominated to the high school honorable mention for the PA Big 10 Football Conference. He never missed a Penn State football game and enjoyed watching baseball. In his younger years, he loved to hunt and fish.

Paul was previously employed at the PA Department of Transportation, Mifflin County School System, DME Corporation, and Mann Edge Tool Company.

The family has requested a private memorial and funeral to be held at a later date. Arrangements are by King-Barr Funeral Home LLC. Paul will be missed by family and friends. How beautiful heaven must be.
