Her ex-husband Charles T. (Tom) Betush also survives. Additionally, Martha also leaves behind 10 nephews; nine nieces; three stepsons; two step daughters; and two step grandsons; four step granddaughters and 15 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Anyone who knew Martha knows that she was a force of life and the life of the party. She loved people and always welcomed company into her home, anytime and without prior notice. This was obvious by her great hugs and infectious laughter for anyone who was lucky enough to be her guest. She was also known for her crazy, outgoing personality and was well remembered for doing cartwheels at parties. She also had a pretty tremendous work ethic and loved meeting new people and playing cards with friends.
Although she will be missed greatly by so many on this Earth, we can only hope that she will continue to laugh, give lots of hugs and keep doing cartwheels in Heaven.
A celebration of Martha’s life will be private and at the convenience of the family.
