Martha E. Moist

Born on Sept. 16, 1932, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late John and Ruth Snyder.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; husband, Benjamin Moist in 2010.

She is survived by; children, Jeffrey Moist, of Lewistown, and Kimbra Moist, of Burnham; siblings, Doris Schroyer, of Lewistown, Janet Shoemaker, of Reedsville, Gerald Snyder and wife, Sandy, of Millersville, Maryland; sisters-in-law, Carrol ‘Sis’ Norton, Marj Davidson, both of McVeytown; and a brother-in-law, James Moist and wife, Gerry, of Beavertown; and many nieces and nephews.

Martha was a 1950 Lewistown High School graduate.

She was a member of Ellen Chapel Church.

She retired from the finance department at Standard Steel.

Per her request, no public services will be held.

Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family at Mattawana Cemetery.
