Patricia L. ‘Patti’ Snook

Patricia L. “Patti” Snook, 79, of Lewistown, passed away, Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville.

Born Oct. 9, 1940, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary C. (Fisher) Leach.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: a sister, Margie Leach.

She is survived by: husband, Irvin L. Snook Sr., of Lewistown, whom she married Oct. 26, 1957; children, Susan L. Dull and husband, Jeffrey, of Lewistown, Jeffrey A. Snook, of Lewistown, and Irvin L. Snook Jr. and wife, Wilma, of Port Royal; grandchildren, Nikki Dull and companion, Tony Rupert, Connie Wileman and husband, Bob, J.D. Dull and wife, Tammy, Tammy Aby and companion, Terry Bailor, Marsha Lynn and husband, Jason, Anthony Snook, Derrick Campbell and wife, Ashley, Ben Snook and wife, Lydia, Evan Snook, Gary Campbell and wife, Kaitria, and Crystal Snook; 17 great-grandchildren; and one, great-great-grandson; brother, Jerry J. Goodrich and wife, Mindy, of Harrisburg.

Patti worked as a seamstress at Scotty’s Fashions and retired in 1995, after 20 years of service.

She was a member of the Ladies at the Moose.

Patti enjoyed watching Denny Heckert impersonate Elvis, going to parks, auctions in Yeagertown, and Bingo with Tammy. Her cat, Yella was her baby.

Receiving of friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., with a memorial service at 8 p.m., with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.

Interment to take place at Maitland Church of the Brethren at a later date.
