First Bakers UMC to host Bible study
McCLURE — First Bakers United Methodist Church will host a Bible study every Wednesday at 7 p.m. The church will also host a youth group for individuals under age 18 on the first Thursday of each month, except July.

Jehovah’s Witnesses special event
LEWISTOWN — Jehovah’s Witnesses will be launching a month-long campaign in April. On the evening of Saturday, April 12, Jehovah’s Witnesses around the world will gather for their annual commemoration of the death of Jesus Christ. The annual observance of the Lord’s Evening Meal will feature a talk highlighting the importance of Jesus’ death and how all mankind benefits from his sacrifice. The event is free and open to the public.

Rosedale Chorale concert at Lauvers Mennonite Church
RICHFIELD — The Rosedale Chorale, from Rosedale Bible College, will give a concert at Lauvers Mennonite Church in Richfield at 7 p.m. on April 15. Directed by Ken Miller, the choir will lead a choral worship service using compositions from the classics to contemporary. This concert is free and open to the public. LEWISTOWN — The third annual Maundy Thursday community acapella hymn sing will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Ellen Chapel Church, 11764 Ferguson Valley Rd., Lewistown. Join in beautiful four-part acapella singing, as traditional hymns that tell the story of the cross, Jesus’ sacrifice, and God’s grace “Lead Us to Calvary.” All are welcome.
