Attendees celebrating Kimberly Jacko’s 50th birthday milestone gathered at Barrville Mennonite Church dining hall recently. The banquet acknowledged Jacko’s 7,000-plus mile hike which included climbing Mount Whitney, elevation 14,505 feet, and completing the Pacific Crest, Arizona and Florida National scenic trails, as well as parts of Pennsylvania’s Appalachian, Mid-State, Quehanna, Loyalsock, Susquehanna, Standing Stone, Tuscarora and North Country trails. The fellowship gathering with friends and family was thanking the Lord for safe journeys along the mission path.
