Brown Township officials reorganize
BROWN — The Brown Township Board of Supervisors met Monday evening to reorganize and discuss many agenda items.
Jamie Fultz was reappointed as board Chairman and Pete Picciurro was nominated as Vice-Chairman.
Supervisors approved a motion they discussed at last week’s meeting stating they will move $21,134 from Housing Rehabilitation to the Reedsville Park improvements.
Under “Good of the Order” the board decided against installing a speed limit sign at the entrance to Meadow Woods Lane.
“A traffic study would have to be conducted, and in my opinion, with my experience, a speed limit sign will do absolutely nothing there, to solve the problem and grievance that has been reported to us,” shared Pete Picciurro.
