First Bakers UMC to host Bible study

McCLURE — First Bakers United Methodist Church will host a Bible study every Wednesday at 7 p.m. The church will also host a youth group for individuals under age 18 on the first Thursday of each month, except July.

Worship services at Trinity Lutheran Church

The children’s Christmas program, “Lookin’ For A King,” will take place during worship Sunday, Dec. 22. This year, TLC will host two services on Christmas Eve (Tuesday, Dec. 24). “Christmas in the Barn” will begin at 3 p.m. at the Sawmill Heritage Farm in McAlisterville. The Candlelight Service will begin at 7 p.m. at the church. All are welcome as we sing carols, share holy communion and behold the birth of Jesus. A Christmas Healing Service of Lessons and Carols will be Sunday, Dec. 29.
