LEWISTOWN — The Lewistown Community Garden, located at 1 Jim Tunall Drive in Lewistown, is accepting applications for the 2024 growing season.

The cost to rent an 8 by 4 foot plot is $20 for the season. Community gardeners have access to tools inside the garden, and are offered several free garden-related workshops throughout the summer as part of their membership.

Applications are available inside the seed exchange box outside the garden fence, and at the Mifflin County Library, located at 123 N. Wayne St. For more information, or to receive an application via email, send a message to sara@buffington.tv.
