Authority appoints PMAA delegates

Bargo, Rocco to represent MABL

LEWISTOWN — Two members of the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Lewistown have been chosen to represent the authority as Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association voting and alternate delegates.

During MABL’s Wednesday afternoon meeting, the board voted to approve Barry Bargo as voting delegate and Jeff Rocco as alternate. They will represent MABL at the PMAA meeting to be held later this month in State College.

The authority also approved a purchase order in the amount of $7,350 for a new lab counter. The counter will replace the original countertop from 1964.

¯Special meeting minutes from Aug. 3

¯Budget and voucher reports

¯2022 pension minimum municipal obligation

¯Purchase order in the amount of $2,256.22 for a filter plant hatch controller.
