¯ Cruelty to Animals — On Jan. 13, at 5:59 p.m., police are investigating a cruelty to animals incident on Foltz Lane in Tuscarora Township. Someone shot an arrow in a white/brown horse. If you or anyone you know has information related to this incident, please class PA State Police – Lewistown Barracks.

¯ Harass Physical Contact — On Jan. 13, at 12:30 p.m., police responded to a domestic in progress. It was discovered that a 23 year old male from Mcveytown, engaged into a verbal arugment with his wife. The male then attempted to remove the family television set from the residence. The accused then pushed his wife into a bedroom wall. The accused then pushed his 81 year old grandfather onto the floor. The accused’s grandfather sustained a minor cut on his elbow as a result on the fall. Two non-traffic citations for harrassment were filed through District Court 58-3-01.
