¯ Criminal Mischief Under $1000 — On Jan. 12th, at 5:37 p.m., police received a report of Criminal Mischief that occurred in McAlisterville, in Fayette Township. Due to the victim being unwilling to cooperate the incident has been closed.
¯ Theft of Vehicle Parts — On Jan. 8th, at 7:33 p.m., on E Main Street in Thompsontown Boro, an unknown individual took auto parts from within a delivered box and replaced the parts with horse shoes. They proceeded to seal the box back up. Anyone with information on this incident should contact the Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown.
¯ Theft All Other — On Dec. 13th, at 2:16 p.m., police investigated a report of a theft on Big Run Road in Fermanagh Township. Through investigation it was determined no theft had occurred.
¯ Cruelty to Animals — On Nov. 18th, at 10:46 a.m., police investigated reports of animal cruelty at 35 Shawna Dr in Armagh Township. Through investigation it was determined the dog died of natural causes.
¯ Crash — On Jan. 10th, at 4:10 p.m., Kellie England, 51 from Lima, Ohio, was traveling West on SR 322 in Armagh Township. As England was going up Seven Mountains, England fell asleep behind the wheel. England then made contact with the concrete barrier on the left hand side of the roadway. This impact caused disabling damage to the 2020 Hyundai Elantra at the 10 o’clock position and England sustained suspected minor injures. Milroy Fire and EMS assisted on scene.
¯ Crash — On Jan. 12th at 11:26 a.m., a crash occurred at US22 East at Arch Rock Road Exit. Joseph E. Snyder, 36, from Port Royal, fell asleep while driving. Snyder came across the median of US 322 and across the east bound lane striking a guide rail in his 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Sydner sustained minor injuries in the crash.
