¯Possession of Drug Paraphernalia–At 3:08 p.m. May 11, police responded to 348 W. Fifth Street, to speak with Eric Wilson, 43, of Lewistown. While on scene police observed a pipe containing burnt marijuana on the kitchen counter. Both Eric and his wife, Taryn Wilson, 34, of Lewistown, claimed the other was the owner of the pipe. Both were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯Trespassing — At 6:41 p.m. May 12, police were dispatched to the GIANT Store for reports of a trespassing. Paul Goss, 63, entered onto the property, violating a Notice Against Trespassing that had been issued.
¯Endangering welfare of children — At 12:50 p.m. May 13, police arrested Briana Harris for endangering the welfare of a child. According to the report, her 4-year-old son ran from the house and ran a half a block away before being stopped by bystanders. Thirty to 40 minutes passed before Harris realized the child was gone. She was arranged on $25,000 bail.
¯Disorderly conduct — At 7:26 p.m. May 16, police responded to 10 Feeder Ave. for a report of a fight between Jesse Sylvester and Anthony Mitchell. Sarah Ginithan, Anthony J. Mitchell, Natasha Walter, Robert H. Ginithan, Jeffery O. Habbershon, Jesse Sylvester, Robert L. Walter Jr. and a 17-year-old juvenile were charged with disorderly conduct for their role in the fight. Two people were transported by FAME EMS but were later released from the hospital.
¯ Crash — At 3:21 p.m. May 20, police responded to N. Juniata Street at W. Fourth Street, Lewistown. According to the report, Daniel Laughlin, 20, of Lewistown was traveling eastbound on West Fourth Street and failed to stop before rear ending a vehicle driven by Gloria Woodling, 72, of Lewistown. No injuries were reported.
¯Warrant service — At 7:30 p.m. May 20, police investigated a vehicle complaint in the 200 block of E. Third Street, Lewistown. Jacquelynne Shade, 25, of Lewistown, was arrested for two outstanding warrants.
