Mifflin, Juniata counties each add a new case of COVID-19

Snyder and Huntingdon counties add 2 cases each

Mifflin and Juniata counties each added one new COVID-19 case to their count while Snyder added two more to its total, according to data released Sunday by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Mifflin County now stands at 27 total cases with 609 negative tests so far. Juniata County remained at 78 cases with 111 negative tests, Snyder County is now at 33 cases with 172 negative tests and one death, Huntingdon County also adds two cases with a total of 22 cases with 228 negative tests. Perry County rose by one to 26 cases with 176 negative tests and one death.

Regionally, Centre County added four to its case count, which now stands at 81 with one death. Dauphin County added 51 new cases and three more deaths for totals of 519 cases and 18 deaths.

Statewide, there are now 41,165 people who have had COVID-19 with 1,550 virus-related deaths. There have been 157,428 negative tests so far.
