¯Central Pennsylvania World Hunger Association 46th Annual Meat Canning Kickoff meeting — 6:30 p.m., Oct. 24, Burnham Church of the Brethren, 541 E. Freedom Ave., Burnham. There will be a meal, short business meeting with the affirming of new directors and a speaker from the Mennonite Central Committee. RSVP by Oct. 21. ¯Turkey meal for seniors — 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Lewistown Senior Center, 515 Knepp Ave. Full meal is $7 and includes turkey, filling, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce, rolls, pie, coffee and punch. ¯Coffee with friends — 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Lack Tuscarora EMS, East Waterford. For seniors, no cost. There will be crafts, exercise, speakers and Bible study. Light lunch provided.

An afternoon of family fun including hayrides, games, fall activities, pumpkin slingshot, fall snacks and Bible lesson. There will be indoor and outdoor activities for youth to participate in with their families. Event is rain or shine.
