¯Lewistown Senior Center homemade chicken pot pie sale — 10 a.m. until sold out, 515 Knepp Ave. (former Central Novelty building.) Hot dogs, barbecue and whoopie pies available. Food is for pick up only.

¯Coffee with friends — 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Lack Tuscarora EMS, East Waterford. For seniors, no cost. There will be crafts, exercise, speakers and Bible study. Light lunch provided.

¯Bag sale — 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Sacred Heart Thrift Shop, 4 N. Dorcas St., Lewistown.

¯Juniata High School Class of 1966 breakfast — 9 a.m., Bread Of Life, McAlisterville.

¯Community clothes closet — 9 a.m. to noon, Big Valley Alliance Church, 50 S. Kish St., Belleville. Gently used clothing and shoes to give away to people in need, baby diapers and baby wipes also available. More information: (717) 483-6951.

¯“Why We are a Christian Nation” presentation — 6 p.m., American Veterans Traveling Tribute Vietnam Memorial Wall, Reedsville playground. Brad Williams will be conducting the presentation followed by the flag folding ceremony with meanings of each fold while assisted by members of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Central Pa. Chapter No. 791 Honor Guard at the AVTT.

¯59th Annual Beale Township Fireman Festival — 4 p.m., 5.5 miles south of Old Coon Hunters Association, Walnut. Food, fun, bingo and free Kid Zone.

¯Keystone State Muscle Cars Cruise-in — 5-8 p.m., Londonderry Restaurant, Reedsville. All cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc. are welcome. No fee.

¯Lisa Griffith performance — 10:30 a.m., First United Methodist Church, Lewistown. Griffith is a native of Belleville who sings with the German Opera on the Rhine in Dusseldorf, Germany.

¯Chicken and waffle dinner — 11 a.m.-1 p.m., McClure Volunteer Fire Co. The meal will consist of chicken, waffles, mashed potatoes, gravy, two vegetables and assorted desserts. Cost is $9 for anyone ages 13 and older; $5 for children ages 6 to 12; and children under 5 eat free.
