¯Easter flower sale — 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Kish Park. Hosted by the Derry Township Fire Police. Sale will be held every day until flowers are sold out. Cost is between $4 and $15.

¯Millerstown Lions Super Bingo benefit — 1 p.m., April 28, Millerstown Moose Lodge. Doors open at noon. Food purchase available. 20 cash games, raffles and more. Tickets: $20 in advance, $25 at door. Tickets may be purchased from any Millerstown Lions Club member or Bratton Insurance, Stitch in Time and Juniata Valley Bank in Millerstown. ¯The Knights of Columbus’ Knight at the Races — 4 p.m., doors open; 5:30-7 p.m., pre-race social; 7 p.m., post time, May 4, Reedsville Firehouse. Food and drinks provided. Since the event coincides with the Kentucky Derby a bonnet contest will be featured with prizes of $100, $50 and $25. Buy a horse for $50 get 2 admission tickets. Social tickets $25. ¯Free community breakfast — 7-8:30 a.m. New Life Church, 101 N. Beech St., Burnham.

¯Coffee with friends — 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Lack Tuscarora EMS, East Waterford. For seniors; no cost. There will be crafts, exercise, speakers and Bible study. Light lunch provided.

¯Free Lunch 4 All — 11 a.m.-1 p.m., First Baptist Church, Mifflintown (the FMC building behind the church). No takeout.

¯Giant Easter egg hunt — 3 p.m., Locust Grove Retirement Village.

¯Bluegrass Country Express with jam session — 5 p.m. kitchen opens, 6-9 p.m. band performs, 6:30 p.m. jam session, Four Seasons Senior Center, CJEMS Lane, state Route 35, Mifflintown. Food sales benefit the senior center. Admission is $2. Information: (717) 436-6847.

Saturday, April 20

¯Methodist Men’s Lenten prayer breakfast — 7:30 a.m., Granville United Methodist Church, Granville.

¯Clothing and shoe donations — 9 a.m.-noon, Evangel Baptist Church, 375 W. Fifth St., Lewistown. A volunteer will be there to assist.

¯Clothing closet — 9 a.m.-noon, Evangel Baptist Church, 375 W. Fifth St., Lewistown. Free soup and sandwiches available.

¯Shoe bank — 9 a.m.-noon, Grace United Methodist Church, Lewistown.

¯4th Annual McClure Bacon Fest — 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Station Park, 1 Railroad St., McClure. Event will feature a soup sale and 70 food and craft vendors as well as over 35 different bacon-related menu items. Hosted by the McClure Revitalization Committee, proceeds from the Bacon Fest will benefit community projects.

¯Brick Saturday — 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Mifflin County Library, Lewistown, and Kish Branch Library, Belleville. Kids of all ages can come and play with Legos provided by the library.

¯Easter egg hunt — 10 a.m., Burnham Jamboree Field. Children in preschool to 6th grade are welcome. Bring your baskets. The Easter Bunny will also be there. Sponsored by the Burnham Lions Club, New Life Church, Blue Chip Credit Union and Burnham Borough.

¯Easter egg hunt/Terrace Tigers sign-up day — 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Juniata Terrace football field. Come and hunt for eggs and sign up for Juniata Terrace Tigers football. The Easter bunny will also be available to take photos.

¯Lack Tuscarora EMS annual Easter egg hunt — 1 p.m., Lack Tuscarora Rec Park (behind Lack Tuscarora EMS). Egg hunt is for children ages 0 to 12. All children will be entered in a chance to win a bike, with numerous bikes being given away along with other prizes. The Easter Bunny will also be available for pictures.

¯Keystone State Muscle Cars Cruise In — 5-8 p.m., Londonderry Restaurant, Reedsville. All cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc., welcome. No fee.

¯Karaoke Night with Peanut Man –8 p.m.-12 a.m., VFW Post 7011, 12 Chestnut St., Lewistown. Doors open to the public.
