It is almost the end of the summer and gas prices most places are still $3.99. So I really don't think they will reach $5 a gallon. Maybe by the end of this year though.

we are apparently caught in the sights of the oil companies, and the media. They tell us what to expect for the future so that we are not shocked by it, It is easier to accept the the fact if we have time to think about it for a month before the price goes up. so the oil companies brainwash threw the media. No one will ever go against this crisis, because no one can get along, Long enough to work together!

Yes gas will more, plus we pay a subsidy of $1.00 per gal.on biofuel not even made in the US, and we do not get any of said biodiesel. The product is sold over seas below market price. Each tanker load nets about $9 millon dollars in tax credits from the IRS.
