Police: Couple dumped body at Pa. hospital

August 13, 2014
Associated Press

BRISTOL, Pa. (AP) — Police outside Philadelphia have released surveillance photos of a man and a woman who dumped a body at a hospital before disappearing in the dead man's car.

Bristol Township acting Chief Lt. John Godzieba identified the victim as 54-year-old Thomas Collins of Bristol Township.

The Bucks County Courier Times (http://bit.ly/1uPCAvl ) reports that authorities are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine how Collins died.

Surveillance photos taken outside Lower Bucks Hospital's emergency room Tuesday night show the couple who dropped Collins off leaving in his Honda Accord.

Godzieba says it's not illegal to leave a dead body at a hospital, but police want to speak to the man and woman to find out more about the circumstances of Collins' death.
