Anna C. ‘Pat’ Arnold

Anna C. "Pat" Arnold, 80, of the Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin, and formerly of Arch Rock, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at the Village.

Born July 10, 1934, in Burnham, Mifflin County, she was a daughter of the late Milton G. and Anna G. (Robinson) Schaffer. Her husband, Clarence "Bud" Arnold preceded her in death.

Surviving are her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Stephen and Margaret Arnold, Betty Arnold and Lona and Clyde Fultz, all of Mifflintown, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Two sisters, Janet Leacy and Dorothy Baney, preceded her in death.

Anna was a graduate of Juniata Joint High School, Mifflintown, and a member of the Arch Rock United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Arnold was a homemaker.

A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. today, at Brown Funeral Homes Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, with Pastor Gerald Miller officiating. A private interment will be in the Union Memorial Gardens, Mifflintown.

Viewing will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
