Establishment cited - July 2014 - County Line Inn, Wayne Township, was cited for failure to clean its beverage dispensing units every seven days for the time periods of Nov. 3 - Dec. 12, 2013, Dec. 19 - Feb. 14, 2014, Feb. 21 - April 8, and April 25 - June 4, 2014. These charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who could impose penalties as they see fit, or could impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charges.

Harassment - July 28 - Police said a 42-year-old female and a 52-year-old male, both of East Waterford, became involved in a domestic dispute that led to shoving between the two individuals, along Tobias Drive, Lack Township. According to a report, harassment charges for both individuals have been filed through Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline Leister's office.
Theft - 11:48 a.m. - Aug. 3 - Police said John S. Meck, 26, of Lewistown, was cited for pumping $66 worth of gas at the Toms Market, Armagh Township, and then driving off without paying for it. According to a report, charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Tammy Hunter's office.
Pennsylvania State Police Huntingdon
Simple assault - 2 p.m. - July 26 - Police said Stacy Varner, 47, of Orbisonia, and Glenda Snyder, 64, of Mount Union, engaged in an argument that turned physical when each woman swung a deer mount at the other. According to a report, Snyder was hit with an antler when Varner swung and suffered a minor injury.
