DUI - 11:50 p.m. - April 23 - Police said Michael Flannery, 41, of Mount Union, was stopped on U.S. 522 near East Shirley Street after he was seen driving carelessly. According to a report, Flannery was found to have a blood alcohol content of .139 percent and was charged with driving under the influence.
Criminal mischief - 7:16 p.m. - May 16 -Police said a 14-year-old Shirleysburg girl was seen driving a vehicle and causing damage to the grassy area at Lower Municipal Park, Mount Union. According to the report, the girl caused about $583 in damage.
Noise complaint - 10:48 p.m. - May 17 - Police said a citation for the Mount Union Borough Noise Ordinance was issued against Christopher Yakymac, 36, of Mount Union.
Assault - 4:39 p.m. - May 18 - Police said a citation for harassment has been filed against Kelsey Thompson, 19, of Mill Creek, after a report of an employee of a North Jefferson Street business being assaulted.
Domestic disturbance - 10:34 a.m. - May 20 -Police said they investigated a report of a domestic dispute at 109 N. Jefferson St., where it was determined that there was a verbal argument occurring. According to a report, during the course of the investigation police found an item of drug paraphernalia within the apartment and seized it. Police said William Crawley Jr., 46, of Mount Union, will face charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Domestic disturbance - 5:53 p.m. - May 21 - Police said a verbal argument occurred at 109 N. Jefferson St., and one of the parties was served a temporary protection from abuse order, evicting the person from the residence.
Theft - 11 a.m. - May 21 - Police said charges of access device fraud, theft, and receiving stolen property have been filed against Kimberly Christoff, 33, of Mount Union, after a report of a theft from a bank through the use of a debit card.
