Act 64 - 6:20- 7:02 p.m. - May 9 - Police said Gabriel Specht, 23, of Reedsville, was driving a vehicle that was reported to police as being all over the roadway. According to the report, the vehicle was stopped on U.S Highway 522, near Decatur Fire House, Decatur Township, Mifflin County. Police said, after identifying the individuals inside the vehicle, it was found that Specht had a bench warrant outstanding from Mifflin County. According to the report, when Specht was asked to exit the vehicle and empty the content of his pockets, he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said Specht was placed in Mifflin County prison on the warrant and other charges were filed.
Criminal mischief - 11 a.m.-1 p.m. - May 9 - Police said someone broke the glass in the storm window of a residence located on Main Street, Mifflin Borough, Juniata County that belonged to Sandra Harris, 57, of Mifflin. According to the report, the glass was broken with a baseball.
Harassment - 3:26 p.m. - May 4 - Robert Bruce, 55, of Mifflintown, allegedly got into a physical altercation with a 19-year-old male at 1577 Cedar Springs Road, Fermanagh Township, Juniata County. According to the report, non-traffic citations were filed through district court.
Underage alcohol possession and transportation - 10:50 p.m. - May 10 - Police said a traffic stop was conducted for an equipment violation in the Taco Bell/ Snappy's parking lot in Granville Township. According to the report, subsequent investigation indicated that Seth Isenberg, 18, of Lewistown, was transporting a thirty pack of Extra Gold Lager cans. Police said a non-traffic citation will be filed through district court.
Theft - 3 p.m., April 12 - 8 a.m., May 9 - Police said a 100 gallon propane tank was stolen from the Beale Township Fire Company pavilions on Coon Club Lane, Tuscarora Township, Juniata County. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 320-1010.
Crash - 1:02 p.m. - May 9 - Police said Martin L. Jensen, 65, of Brookhaven, was driving a 1987 Chevrolet pickup that was towing a camper, west on U.S Highway 22, 755 feet west of Locust Run Road, Walker Township, Juniata County. According to the report, for unknown reasons, the camper began to sway as it was being towed. Police said the camper then broke away from the vehicle, left the right side of the road and rolled over. According to the report, Jensen was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash. According to the report, Jensen will be charged. Thompsontown Fire Company assisted at the scene.

Crash - 4:06 p.m. - May 9 - Police said Joseph C. Storm, 35, of Beaver Springs, was driving a 2007 Ford Econoline in the left lane of U.S Highway 322 westbound in the area of the Sheetz Gas Station in Road Township, Perry County. According to the report, as Storm was driving past the Sheetz gas station a 2009 Toyota TC driven by Gabriel M. Powell, 19, of Allentown, did not yield to oncoming traffic after stopping at the stop sign at the exit of Sheetz. Police said Powell's vehicle hit Storm's vehicle. According to the report, Powell and his passenger, Madison M. Ritz, 19, of Allentown were both wearing seat belts and were not injured in the crash. Police said Storm was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash. According to the report, charges were filed against Powell through district court.
