It's Thursday night, after 7 p.m. and it's getting dark, and it's raining very hard here in Mifflin County and all you idiots are out there without your headlights on. Please, for the police officers in this town, ticket these idiots who constantly drive without their lights on, it's against the law in Pennsylvania if your wipers are on.
Yes, everybody has a right to their religion, unless it infringes on somebody else's. I cannot stand horse and buggies on a road, especially when it's dark and raining. Horse and buggies are becoming obsolete.
Concerning the Amish, take a ride up the Back Mountain Road from Milroy to Barrville in your car on a wet day and see what happens to you when you hit those grooves in the middle of the road. It's called hydroplaning, and I do pay taxes for the road, probably close to $1 a gallon soon, to put gas in my car. My tires are rubber, not steel-rimmed wheels ...
So, Republicans are extremists and liars. Well, have you noticed that nothing is more extreme than Obamacare? Also, Obama was named liar of the year for 2013. You really need to start getting your news from a different source.
Somebody said that Paul Ryan's proposed budget would reduce our spending on some programs. He doesn't like Paul Ryan's plan. Kindly, explain to us how we can continue spending money that we must borrow, and still not go broke. Do you know or care that the average family of four now owes the government close to $220,000? If you or an individual spend $10,000 and must borrow $4,000 of that $10,000, how can you survive? You can't and neither can the government. Period.
