Disorderly conduct- 5:46 p.m. - March 15 - Police said they were dispatched to the area of 108 E. Market St. in Beavertown for a domestic in progress. According to the report, upon their arrival police found Robert Myers Jr., 34, of Lewistown, standing outside the residence of his wife. Police said they learned Myers was pounding on the door for over a half hour period of time in an attempt to obtain property from his wife. According to the report, Myer's actions caused the neighbors to be alarmed and contact 911. Police said Myers was cited for disorderly conduct.
Fire - March 19 - Police said they were dispatched to 3 W. Walker St. in McClure borough for a report of a suspicious fire that had occurred during the overnight hours. According to the report, Chester Cummings, 35, reported to police that sometime between midnight and 5:45 a.m. items on the front porch of his residence caught fire and then burned out, causing damage to the porch area of the residence. Police said a state police fire marshal assisted on scene with the investigation and ruled the fire to be undetermined/accidental in nature.
