David A. ‘Dami’ Damicantonio

MILROY - David A. "Dami" Damicantonio, 62, of Barefoot Road, Milroy, died at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2014, at his residence.

Born on Nov. 15, 1951, in Belleville, he was a son of the late Peter J. and Thelma E. (Phillips) Damicantonio.

He is survived by: his former wife, Vonnie (Bratton) Damicantonio, of Belleville; siblings, P. James Damicantonio and wife, Kathy, of Milroy, and Carmella S. Fultz and husband, Richard, of Milroy; close friend and co-worker, Todd Karshner; and his faithful dog, Bruno.

He was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Ray "Joey D." Damicantonio, on Sept. 6, 2009.

He was a 1969 graduate of Kishacoqullias High School and was an auto mechanic who owned and operated Double-D Enterprises.

He loved NASCAR, The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He was an avid hunter.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville with Chaplain Brad Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Damicantonio Family Cemetery in Milroy.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Bohn Funeral Home.
