Dave Molek is to be applauded for his understanding of the Constitution and the obvious disregard Barak Obama has for it.
Obama is only doing what lawyers do best - delay, delay, delay. They argue about the meaning of "is" (Bill Clinton) and other such nonsense. They make you go through hoop after hoop after hoop in an effort to wear you out or make it as expensive as possible (so you will drop the case altogether). Obama understands all to well that the public has a short attention span.
Mr. Molek asked this question, "So, what is a person to do?" His solutions: "I see three legal possibilities: Sue the president in court; impeachment; or the election process."
Suing the president in court is a lengthy process and Obama is a master at delay and obfuscation (examples: Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS, NSA, stimulus, Obamacare, Solyndra, etc). Furthermore, he has a like minded attorney general in his pocket. He will be out of office before the matter is settled if at all.
Impeachment is unrealistic as the Senate as it is now configured will not impeach him.
Using the election process is the only method that makes sense at this point (subject to change). The 2014 and 2016 election must result in the removal of all politicians who have misled, lied and voted for Obama's policies whether they be Democrats or Republicans. The longer the status quo is maintained the greater the damage to the country. A new standard for politicians must be set. Simply put, tell the truth, read the bills or resign!
The seriousness of this matter cannot be overstated. The train wreck that is Obama's presidency continues domestically and internationally. The failure on the part of the voting public to correct the disaster of Obama's presidency and the failures of the big government mindset in both parties will most likely result in wide spread civil, economic and social unrest. How can that be good for the country?
To the 47 percent of the public that voted for Obama and to the individuals that sat at home and did nothing: How is that working out for you?
