KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Diane Marie Napoli, 70, longtime resident of Mifflintown, Pa. and formerly of Fort Lee, N.J., died peacefully on September 12, 2013. Recently she lived in Kansas City, Mo. with her daughter. Diane was born September 29, 1942 to Dr. Joseph and Mary Napoli. She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, niece, friend, in-law, mother, aunt, and grandmother.
After graduating from Fort Lee High School in 1960, Diane attended Lasell Junior College and Millersville University, earning a teaching degree. She married Richard Hall III, had three children, and later divorced. Diane held various teaching positions and was an active volunteer at her children's school and community events.
Diane is preceded in death by her father and mother. She is survived by: children, daughter Dana Hall and husband, David Horesh, son Richard Hall and wife, Jennifer, son Jacob Hall and wife, Carolyn; sister Elaine Duncan and husband David, brother Joseph C. Napoli, Md. and wife, Loretta, and many nieces and nephews. Diane was a loving "Nonna" to her 14 grandchildren and enjoyed spending many wonderful holidays and special occasions together. Diane was loved by each of her grandchildren: Divya, Ilan, Eli Noam, Raviv, and Yair Horesh; Ricky, Ben, and Ava Hall; and Matthew, Peter, Emily, Kathryn, Timothy, and Stephen Hall.

The family will receive visitors from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Frank Patti Funeral Home in Fort Lee, N.J. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at The Church of the Madonna in Fort Lee, N.J. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Friends of the Juniata County Library, 498 Jefferson Street, Mifflintown, PA 17059.
