Lori Renninger, in basket, is carried out of the creek by fellow Kops 4 Kids Kadet Kampers, clockwise from bottom left, Elizabeth Bender, Trevor Hackenberger, Morgan Baumgardner and Tristin Lockett, while Jim Carson of City Hook and Ladder assists Wednesday at Kish Park. The campers learned about water safety and rescue during the week-long camp at the park. This year 27 children are participating in the camp where they are learning about repelling, search and rescue dogs, gun range, life flight and safety. The Mifflin County Regional Police Department and Granville Township Police Department host the camp each year.
