LEWISTOWN - Lewistown Police said a 42-year-old Lewistown man who went missing Monday night was found alive and well on Tuesday.
Police said the man, whose identity is not being released, was found around 11 a.m. Tuesday on the bank of the Juniata River near Union Avenue.
Police said during the initial search there was a possibility the man was in the river. Search dogs followed his trail to the river and that is where the trail stopped, which led to a search of the river itself that included the use of several boats and a dive team, police said.
