LEWISTOWN - Police said the 42-year-old Lewistown man who went missing Monday night was found alive and well.
Police said the man was found around 11 a.m. Tuesday on the bank of the Juniata River near Union Avenue.
Search dogs had followed his trail to the river and that is when the trail stopped, which led to the search of the river, police said.
Several boats were being used in the search, along with a dive team, police said.
City Hook and Ladder, Brooklyn, Junction, Granville, Newton Wayne and United Fire Companies were on the scene assisting with the search, along with the Lewistown Police Department.
