MIFFLINTOWN - Lillian L. Donley, 94, formerly of Lewistown, went to be with Jesus at 4:35 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013, at Brookline Manor, Mifflintown.
Born on Oct. 26, 1918, in Rush, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late George and Theresa (Wagner) Alling.
Lillian is survived by her husband, the Rev. Harry M. Donley, whom she married on Aug.15, 1949.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: daughter, Deborah Cox- Foltz, of Lewistown; two grandchildren, Amy Peachey and Aaron Cox; sister, Ruth Beeman, of Henrietta, N.Y.; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Lillian was a graduate of Metropolitan Bible Institute, majoring in child evangelism.
She was a missionary and a minister's wife and loved to cross-stitch and quilt.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 11, 2013, at Heller- Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Pastor Clair Diven officiating.
Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
