BELLEFONTE - Spearheaded by Christian Knepp's 561 series at the Big Valley Tournament, the Mifflin County bowling team defeated Bellefonte 583.35 to 581.57 Tuesday to clinch the tournament championship for the second-straight year.
Knepp also out did all other competitors for a single game-high with 248 in game three of the competition against Bellefonte.
Mifflin County's Dakoda Wilson finished behind Knepp with a 511 series, and Dominick Stuck rolled a 491.
Bellefonte's Kyler Mellott rolled a tournament-high 621 series.
Mellott's teammate Ryan Gmerek finished with 572.
Taking handicap into consideration, individual winners for Mifflin County included Vicky Pecht, Knepp, Jason Alexander and Cody Yohn.
