NEWTON HAMILTON - A Mount Union man was arrested for possession with intent to deliver heroin at 110 Church Street, Newton Hamilton, Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown report.
Police said 27-year-old Dustin Spennati was arrested after an investigation by the PSP Troop G Vice unit that started on Dec. 1, 2012.
Police said Spennati was lodged in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.
