To the editor:
I am wondering if anyone pays attention to their electric bill. I was going over the item by item charges last week and noticed that I am getting charged a fee for a so called smart meter.
I do not have a smart meter so I called (the electric company) to complain. They told me that they are allowed to charge everyone that fee. I think that is a bunch of c--p. I think we all need to start complaining to everyone.
