To the editor:
We would really like to take the time to say thank you for the donation that the American Legion, D.K. Hostetler, Lewistown Paper Co., Milroy Hose Co., Rep. Kerry Benninghoff, Big Valley Animal Hospital, Bohn Furniture, Murry Michael M.D., New Lancaster Volunteer Fire Co., Milroy Lions Club, Church Hill United Methodist and the food drives that area churches do every year.
With the price of groceries going up, these donations help us keep the cost of the meals down. We serve about 65 meals every Tuesday and Thursday.
Your generous support is greatly appreciated and helps to keep this necessary program viable.
We would also like to say thank you to all the cooks and drivers.
