EAST WATERFORD - David Franklin Peck, 82, of East Waterford, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at his home.
Born June 19, 1930, in Tuscarora Township, Juniata County, he was a son of the late Francis Lemont and Elsie Mae (Everitts) Peck. His wife, Ruth A. (Baughman) Peck, whom he married in February 1951, survives.
Also surviving are: daughter, Edna Woodward and husband, Harold, of Honey Grove; three sons, David Earl Peck and wife, Barbara, of McAlisterville, John E. Peck, of East Waterford, and Francis L. Peck, of East Waterford; sisters, Genevieve Selingo and husband, Lynn, of McAlpin, Fla., and Artimus Reck and husband, Max, of Belvidere, Ill.; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Margaret Burdge, Erma Murphy, Hazel Prendergast and Mary Brill, and one brother, Harry Peck.
Mr. Peck retired from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, after 35 years of service.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at Faith United Methodist Church, East Waterford, with the Rev. Marsha J. Bookhamer officiating. Interment will be held in East Waterford Cemetery.
A viewing will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Monday, at the church.
