BEAVER SPRINGS - Douglas Todd Sunday Jr., 23, of Back Mountain Road, passed away late Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at his home.
He was born on Feb. 2, 1989, in Lewistown, a son of the late Lori (Mallery) Sunday and Douglas T. Sr. and Gina (Gardner) Sunday, of Beaver Springs.
Douglas was a 2008 graduate of Jersey Shore High School.

He attended the Beavertown God's Missionary Church and was a member of the McClure Fire Co.
Doug enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching football and was an avid Steeler's and Penn State fan. Previously in life he played football for the Little Mingos football team. He also enjoyed riding horses and spending time with his girlfriend Jula.
Surviving are: his paternal grandmother, Shirley Sunday, of Beaver Springs; stepgrandparents, Gaylene and Lonnie Hile Sr., of McClure; three brothers, Dusten Renninger, of McClure, Ryan Sunday and companion, Felica Smith, of McClure, and Blade Soccio, of Milroy; four sisters, Sheina Gardner, of McClure, Celena Hughes and companion, Ty Delong, of McClure, Sheena Sunday, of Richfield, and Andria Hughes, of Beaver Springs; his nieces and nephews, Caleigh, Alexis, Nakia and Brantlee; and also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Douglas was preceded in death in addition to his mother by: his paternal grandfather, Cloyd Sunday; his maternal grandmother, Bonnie Fultz; and two nephews, Ryan Sunday Jr. and Bryan Sunday.
Friends and family will be received from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at the Beavertown God's Missionary Church on Covered Bridge and Creek Road, where the service will be held at 7 p.m. with Rev. James Plank officiating.
Arrangements are by the Pheasant Funeral Home, 316 W. Market St., Beavertown.
