MIFFLINTOWN - A 33-year-old Mifflintown man was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown on charges related to the alleged sexual assault of a now 9-year-old girl.
Osman I. Turcios, has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault, court documents indicate.
Turcios is alleged to have had inappropriate sexual contact with the girl when she was eight years old, on several occasions, police said.

Turcios remains incarcerated in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
