EAST WATERFORD - Linda J. Farleman, 47, of East Waterford, died at 4:21 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Harrisburg Hospital.
Born on Sept. 26, 1965, in Derry Township, Mifflin County, she was a daughter of Jean (Zimmerman) Farleman, of Mexico, and the late Wade M. "Barney" Farleman.
In addition to her mother, Linda is survived by: the love of her life for more than 14 years, Donald A. Reed Jr., of East Waterford; Donald's children, Allen Reed and his wife, Kayla, of Mount Pleasant Mills, and Alesha Reed, of Mifflin; two nieces, Kayla N. Farleman and Sierra N. Farleman; and one greatnephew, Jaxon Hostler.
Her brother, Charles Robert Farleman, preceded her in death on April 11, 2003.
Linda was a 1983 graduate of Juniata High School, Mifflintown, a member of the Mexico United Presbyterian Church, Mexico, and the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau.
Miss Farleman was employed as a seamstress for various sewing factories in Juniata County.
She enjoyed going out for supper every Friday night and especially loved her animals: her dog, Chloe, her cat, Princess, and her goat, Coco.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, with Pastor Crystal Lyde officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Memorial Gardens, Mifflintown.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at the funeral home.
