BURNHAM - A woman that was arrested for retail theft and using a fake ID at 2:39 p.m. Thursday, at the Dollar General on Logan Boulevard, Burnham, also had an active warrant out for her arrest, Mifflin County Regional Police report.
Police said Jessica N. Wagner, 32, of Milroy, was seen by Dollar General employees placing items into her purse.
According to the report, when police spoke with Wagner she identified herself using the personal information of a dead person.
Police said they correctly identified the woman as Wagner after officers searched her purse and found a photo ID.
Police said a records check showed an active warrant for Wagner from the Mifflin County Sheriff's Department.
According to the report, Wagner was taken to Mifflin County Correctional Facility on the authority of that warrant.
Police said a state parole detainer was also lodged against Wagner.
Police said Wagner was on state parole as a result of her arrest from a 2008 robbery of a convenience store in Union Township. Wagner was the driver of the "get-away" car which was pursued by MCRPD, Pennsylvania State Police and several area police departments.
Police said the pursuit ended on U.S. 11/15 in the Harrisburg area.
According to the report Wagner faces charges of retail theft, false ID to law enforcement and ID theft and they will be filed through Magisterial District Judge Aaron L. Gingrich's office.
