Sarah King and Wolf Powell, both of Mifflintown, were married on Oct. 21, 2011, in Indio, Calif., prior to Wolf's deployment to Afghanistan. On Oct. 6, 2012, they held a wedding celebration where they renewed their wedding vows in front of family and friends at the C. Barton McCann School of Art in Petersburg.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Sandra King, of Mifflintown.
The groom is the son of Harold "Junior" and Kay Powell of Mifflintown.

Bridesmaids were: Dara Reinford, of Mifflintown, cousin of the bride; Olivia Frymoyer, of Mifflintown, cousin of the bride; and Anna Long, of Mifflintown, cousin of the bride.
Groomsmen were: Adam Burk, of Lancaster; Tyson Clouser, of Lewisberry; Shawn Ream, of Lewistown, cousin of the groom; and Dwight Adamire, of Mifflintown.
Pastor Ronald Shupe performed the ceremony that also included Tiffany Mast and Nicole Sherlock as guestbook and program attendants.
A reception followed at the same venue.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Juniata High School, 2008 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College and a 2012 graduate of Liberty University. She is pursuing a Master of Education degree. She is employed as a substitute teacher for the Morongo Unified School District in Twentynine Palms, Calif.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Juniata High School, and a 2002 graduate of Millersville University. He is a captain in the United States Marine Corps in Twentynine Palms, Calif.
They are planning a spring trip to Switzerland and Italy.
They reside in Twentynine Palms, Calif.
