This house was damaged in a fire early Friday morning along state Route 75 in Turbett Township, Juniata County. Friendship Fire Company Chief Duane Hart said ‘a passerby saw an unoccupied double house from the 1800s with flames coming from the roof.’ As a result one half of the house was burned before the fire was extinguished. Friendship Fire Company was assisted by Port Royal, Mifflintown, Delaware Township, Lafayette, Burnham and New Buffalo fire companies.
