Stefanie Forrester, of Orinda, Calif., and Samuel Winder, of Mifflintown, are engaged to be married on May 11, 2013, in Half Moon Bay, Calif.
She is the daughter of Eva and the late Thomas Forrester. She is a physician assistant, working in both family practice and cardiology clinics.
He is the son of Malinda and Andrew Winder, of Mifflintown. He is a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. stationed on the USS Hampton, a Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine based in San Diego, Calif.
