To the editor:
To my many friends and neighbors: I want to take a moment to thank you for all your prayers, cards, phone calls, and visits during my recent surgery. The surgery was a total success and my recovery is going wonderfully and I know this is because I was covered with prayers. I know there were prayers lifted to God on my behalf from many congregations who had me on the prayer lists.
I thank you again for all the prayers.
