Julie Minemier and Jonathan Garver are engaged to be married on April 27, 2013, at the Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster.
She is the daughter of David and Kathleen Minemier, of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is a 2006 graduate of Leysin American School in Switzerland, and received a bachelor's degree in nursing in 2010 from Pennsylvania State University. She is a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, Calif.
He is the son of Dr. Carl and Pamela Garver, of Palmyra. He is a 2006 graduate of Palmyra Area High School and received a bachelor's degree in business management in 2010 from Pennsylvania State University. He is a first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in California.
