MILROY - Randy Bitner, of Yeagertown, crashed his Chevy truck through the wall of the Milroy Mattress building, Electric Ave., Milroy, at 7:55 p.m. on Saturday, Mifflin County Regional Police reported.
Police said witnesses told police they saw Bitner enter a portable toilet that was in the business parking lot after the crash.
According to the report police found Bitner had locked himself in the water closet and they had to force the door open to remove Bitner.
Police said they transported Bitner to the Lewistown Hospital lab for a blood alcohol test. The Lewistown Hospital reported Bitner's blood alcohol to be close to the legal limit and police charged Bitner with DUI.
