Dr. Kristen N. Hummel, of Mifflintown, and Michael D. Gentzel, of Harrisburg, were married on Feb. 25, 2012 at Tuck-A-Way Farm in Mifflintown.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Linda Hummel, of Mifflintown. The groom is the son of Dave and Terry Gentzel, of York, and Vicki Gentzel, of Harrisburg.
District Justice Barb Lyter, a friend of the family, performed the ceremony.

A reception was held at the farm.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Juniata High School, a 2006 graduate of Delaware Valley College, and a 2011 graduate of MS State School of Veterinary Medicine. She is employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a veterinary medical field officer.
The groom is a 1997 graduate of Susquehanna Township High School. He served in the U.S. Army for three years and is a 2003 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College. He is employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture as a technology Administrator for the Farm Show Complex.
The couple resides in Mifflintown.
